"Good bags, frustrating stock issues"
I really like Fjällräven bags, but it’s hard to describe how annoying it is that the colors and sizes I want are almost always sold out. I signed up for restock emails too, but never got anything that was actually helpful. The site itself is easy enough to use, but what’s the point if half the stuff I’m looking for isn’t available?

"Jacket Got Fixed, But I Felt Ignored"
They did fix my jacket in the end, and the work was fine, but it took a bit longer than I expected. What bothered me more was that I kind of felt ignored during the process, like I had to keep waiting without much communication. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not the most welcoming one.

"Pretty easy order overall"
I ordered a backpack from fjallraven and the whole thing was smooth. The site was easy to figure out, the filters worked fine, and checkout didn’t take forever. Tracking showed up quickly too, which is basically all you can ask for. I feel like most outdoor gear sites are either super clunky or make you click through a million things, but this one just worked. No real complaints, it did exactly what I needed.

"The jacket looks nice and feels…"
The jacket looks nice and feels decent at first, but after walking around for maybe 10 or 15 minutes, it starts getting sweaty inside. I wouldn’t say it’s great if you’re planning to wear it while moving around a lot. For the price, I was hoping for a bit better airflow.

Okay, it’s definitely not the cheapest thing out there, but I’m not even mad about it. The price actually makes sense once you feel it. My jacket feels super solid, like it could survive a small apocalypse, and I genuinely feel like I got what I paid for

I do appreciate that Fjällräven seems to focus on making gear that lasts instead of just pushing out trendy stuff every season. I’ve had my backpack for years, and it still looks good, which matters to me because I try not to buy things I’ll have to replace quickly.

I also like that they share information about materials and repairs, since that’s something I personally look for before spending money on a brand. That said, the prices are definitely high, and I wish some of the sustainability details were easier to find. Overall, they meet my standard more than a lot of brands, even if they’re not perfect.

I had to swap my jacket for a different size, and the whole process was smoother than I expected. The return label was easy to get, my refund came through quickly, and support got back to me the same day. Compared to a lot of other stores where you’re waiting around forever, this was a good experience.

I picked up a Fjällräven backpack mostly for work and the occasional weekend plans, the storage surprised me. It looks slim at first, but I can easily fit my laptop, charger, hoodie, water bottle, and all the random little things I carry around.

The pockets are simple but actually useful, which I like, not a bunch of confusing sections I’ll never use. I’ve been using it every day, and so far I haven’t had that annoying “where do I put this?” moment once...

I’ve been wearing this jacket on longer walks and it’s super comfy. Like, I kind of forget I have it on? No rubbing, no awkward tight spots, no weird fit or anything. Just easy to wear.

I ordered a medium jacket from Fjällräven and somehow got sent a small. I figured mistakes happen, so I reached out to support and they did help fix it. But then the replacement showed up in the wrong color, which was annoying. I don’t think I’m being too picky here — I just wanted the size and color I actually ordered. The quality of the gear seems really nice, but the order accuracy was rough and it took way too much back and forth to get it sorted out.

I bought a winter jacket from fjallraven and it’s been great so far. It keeps me really warm on early dog walks, even when the wind picks up. The fit was just what I expected, and the whole experience was smooth from ordering to delivery. It’s definitely not the cheapest jacket, but I’m happy with what I got.

"Nice jacket, but rain performance is kinda meh..."
I picked up a Fjallraven jacket for hiking and just everyday wear, and overall... I do like it!! It handles wind really well, and light rain is totally fine for a bit. But once the rain gets heavier, it starts soaking through faster than I expected?? Maybe it just needs to be waxed more often... not totally sure. It looks great, feels really sturdy, and seems well-made, but for the price, I wish the weather resistance was better!!!

"Pretty good support experience"
I had a small issue with my jacket order, so I emailed fjallraven support. They got back to me the next day, which was quicker than I expected. The response was clear, and they sorted it out without making it a whole complicated thing. I did have to send one extra email just to confirm everything, so it wasn’t perfect, but overall it was good. Good customer service, really

"Sorta pricey, but worth it for me"
It’s not exactly cheap, but it lasts a long time, so I’m happy with it overall. Sorta feels like one of those things that ends up being worth the price.

I bought a jacket from fjallraven and, to be fair, it does look really nice and feels good when you first put it on. But for the price, I was expecting better quality. After just a few wears, some of the stitching started coming loose, and the fabric seems to pick up marks easily. It’s not a bad jacket, but I thought it would hold up better.
